Bike Skills Instruction
I work with all ages from beginner to intermediate riders. I am here to provide tips and guidance on mountain bike trails, gravel roads, or bike paths. Whether this is your first time on a bike or you are looking to improve your years of experience, I will tailor each session to your goals and riding level. As a professional instructor and teacher, I am really good at breaking down each skill and applying it to the riding situation. For the most specific individualized experience, I offer one-on-one lessons. For a group experience and discounted rates, invite a friend, or two or three of similar level for a small group lesson!

Mountain Bike Lessons
We will meet at Moretown Skills Park in Moretown, Vermont for our mountain bike lesson experience. With a skills course and varied terrain trail network, Moretown trails are an ideal place to learn and practice biking skills. The lesson will start with proper bike setup, and practice targeted skills off-trail through focused drills. Then we’ll take those skills onto the trail, applying them in real riding conditions.
Gravel Bike Lessons
Our gravel instruction and practice will take place on the beautiful and quiet ridgeline backroads of Moretown, Vermont. Offering varied terrain it is a perfect place to focus on skill development in a controlled, approachable setting—perfect for building confidence and technique.
Bike Path Lesson
We will use Montpelier bike path for our bike path lessons. With a paved, flat and car-less terrain, the bike path is a prime place to become comfortable learning to navigate a bike.
Bike Mechanic Instruction
Bike mechanic lessons are held at my home in Moretown. You can bring your own bike to learn on, or use one that I provide. These sessions are designed to teach you specific bike mechanic and maintenance skills. I offer one-on-one instruction for the most personalized learning and instruction experience. For discounted rates and a small group experience, invite a friend or 2 or 3 to join!
